Horizontal Directional Drilling

Trenchless Solutions offer this steered technique of horizontal directional drilling for underground pipelines installations, sizes range from 60mmØ to 900mmØ distances up to 700m, this type of equipment uses a small footprint and is launched from the surface with no need for deep excavations and operates through various ground types.

This trenchless method is ideal for the installation of cables and ducts, water mains, pumped sewer lines, gas lines and oil lines under waterways, roads, railways, existing structures, congested areas, environmentally sensitive areas and any area where other methods are more costly or not feasible.

Pipe Bursting

Trenchless Solutions operate small yet robust hydraulic pipe bursting and towing systems with pull back pressures up to 60te, these compact pipe bursting systems are easy to handle, can be operated from existing manholes or small temporary pits.

This pipe bursting method is the ideal pipe replacement technique for various pipe types including clay, steel, asbestos cement, concrete and pitch fibre, installing diameters from 75mm up to 300mm and in lengths up to 100m the new MDPE or HDPE can be installed in short sections or one continuous length.

Guided Auger Boring (Thrust boring)

Trenchless Solutions operate a wide range of Guided Auger Boring systems, pipe sizes range from 90mmØ up to 1016mmØ, with jacking forces from 10te to 150te working from 2.0m long pits or 2.1mØ standard round shafts. These optically guided systems are the ideal No-Dig solution for installing new gravity pipelines or purely where accuracy is critical.

Auger Boring (Unguided) 

A variety of pipe materials can be installed ,Jacking pipe, steel casings, PE and GRP Jacking pipe in a wide range of ground conditions, where minimal settlement is crucial up to distances of 100m, under waterways, roads, railways, existing structures, congested areas and environmentally sensitive areas.

trenchless Solutions operate a wide range of Auger Boring systems, pipe sizes range from 90mmØ up to 1016mmØ can be installed, with jacking forces from 10te to 150te working from 2.0m long pits or 2.1mØ standard round shafts, Ideal for boring in a wide range of ground Conditions and where minimal settlement is critical, up to distances of 100m.

Steel carrier casings and PE ducts can be installed under waterways, roads, railways, existing structures, congested areas and environmentally sensitive areas.

Moling (Impact Moling)

Trenchless Solutions offer this No-Dig technique of Impact Moling as a fast, low cost reliable method for installation of pipes, cables and ducts from 20mmØ up to 180mmØ distances from 5 meters up to 20 meters, through various ground types.

Typical installations for Moling can be used for all small utility services i.e. water pipes, gas pipes, cables and ducts under roads, railways, driveways, gardens, trees, patios and existing structures and environmentally sensitive areas.
